Passenger Group

We want to hear your views.

Do you regularly use London Overground?  If so we want to hear from you.

We are setting up a Passenger Group so we can listen to your constructive views and suggestions about how we could improve and develop your service.

The Passenger Group would be consulted on areas such as revisions to timetables, station improvements, the condition of the trains, station services and more.

We're looking for 12 passenger representatives for the Group which will meet at least twice a year. Meetings would take about 2 hours and will be in London. All reasonable costs would be reimbursed.  The first meeting will take place on the afternoon of Friday 30 May
