Steve Murphy, Managing DirectorThe first few months of London Overground have of course been an enormous challenge for us all and I am delighted that we have been able to achieve so much, including the highest punctuality score (94.71%) ever recorded for this railway.  Passengers are already seeing noticeable improvements. 

As a company we are committed to providing an excellent service for our passengers and making London Overground world class.  The wholesale changes that we will be introducing over the next months and years make it a very exciting time on London Overground.
