Human Resources Team


The HR department services range from recruitment and employee relations to learning and development and administration functions, all with a clear focus on diversity and inclusion. The HR team ensures an environment where everyone is treated with respect and the utmost professionalism.

As a team the department ensures that LOROL recruits the right people with the right skills in order to lead the company to achieve the business goals. Beyond this the HR team supports & guides LOROL employees to meet objectives by enhancing skills, assisting change and driving effective performance management.

With such a broad spectrum of activity it is clear that the HR Department is vital to the continued success of LOROL.

Project team


The Project Team is responsible for creating project plans and managing these to achieve challenging deadlines. This is an extremely busy department requiring excellent teamwork in order to meet business goals.

As well as ensuring the completion of projects to the required quality, supervising the contractors and managing the health and safety issues, the project team must bring in the project within budget.

Experience in project management is essential and a professional project management qualification desirable.

Applicants for these roles will also need to have first class communication skills, using these to liaise with contractors and other stakeholders on a daily basis.

Finance Team


The Finance Team has a critical role to play in relation to budgeting, reporting and forecasting for the business. It requires individuals who will ensure that financial controls are implemented and maintained and who will contribute to their ongoing improvement.

The Finance Team also deals with suppliers and internal customers on a day-to-day basis establishing the company’s purchasing needs and resolving financial queries.

To join the team, applicants will need experience or a qualification in finance, have strong organisational skills and have the ability to process and analyse financial information.
