London Overground Rail Operations Ltd (LOROL)

LOROL is the train operating company responsible for running the London Overground network under a Concession Agreement with Transport for London (TfL). TfL and LOROL work closely to deliver high quality rail services.

LOROL was formed by combining two of the most reliable and customer focused railways in the world and is a joint venture company between MTR Corporation of Hong Kong (50%) and Deutsche Bahn AG of Germany (DB) (50%). DB’s interest is managed by Arriva, the division responsible for regional passenger transport outside of Germany.

Our vision is to ‘develop our railway together, proudly connecting communities around London’ and we aim to achieve this through our people, our greatest asset.
